Terms & Policies:
- Rates & Taxes:
Rates & Government Taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
- Tariff:
Your room rate is on the Guest Registration Card and other modes of written communications. The tariff is for the room only and is exclusive of any government taxes which may applicable from time to time.
- Reservation:
All reservations should be booked directly through the hotel in written form through e-mail, etc. Reservations are subject to room availability & the hotel reserves the right of admission.
- Cancellation Policy:
The cancellation notice must be provided 01 Month prior to the arrival date. In the event of cancellation within 01 Month of arrival date, the value of One Night accommodation per room booked with applicable government taxes will be charged. - Refund Policy:
Bookings not falling under cancellation policy will be refunded through cheque/NEFT.
- Prepayment of Reservations:
The hotel requires FULL prepayment of reservations directly to the hotel by either in Cash, Draft/cheque,Electronic Transfer which should be in favour of “Hotel Arif Castles” & received at least 01 Month prior to the arrival date. In case reservation is made in a period lesser than 01 Month, payment is to be done in full by cash or card. - Check In – Check Out:
Standard Check In:-02:00 Pm and Check Out:- 12:00 noon, however an early check in or late check out depends on room availability.
- Guest ID Proof:
For security reasons its mandatory for all guests staying to carry and present Front Desk at the time of Check-In formalities one of the valid Photo – Address Identity Card i.e. Aadhar Card ,Driving License, Voter ID Card and or Passport & Visa in case for foreign nationals. In case of minors travelling with parents school identity card is must for minors. (No refunds in case of Check-In been denied due to said reasons.) - Children:
Child till the age of 5 yrs sharing bed with parents is on complimentary basis. Child in this age group is entitled for complimentary food as per booked package if any. Child above 05 years is chargeable at Rs.1000+GST/- per day with / without extra bed includes breakfast.
- Payments at Hotel:
Payments with extras are chargeable on departure at the hotel. The hotel accepts major credit cards but in case of breakdown of wi-fi guests have to keep arrangements for payment in cash. - Settlement of Bills:
Bills must be settled on presentation. Personal cheques are not accepted.
- Departure:
Checkout time is 12 noon. Please inform the front office incharge if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. Upto 6 p.m., if the room is available, you will be charged at 50% of the discounted tariff. After 6 p.m., the full discounted tariff will be charged.
- Luggage Storage:
Luggage may be stored in the Left Luggage Room at the guest’s sole risk as to loss or damage from any cause. Luggage may not be stored for more than a period of 15 days.
- Visitors’ Belongings:
Guests can use safe lockers which are kept in the Room but the hotel will not be responsible for any loss or damage of guest belongings. Please go through the Locker Policy as well. -
Accommodation for maids & drivers is not provided by the hotel.

Drivers & domestic employees are not allowed in restaurants & other public areas of the hotel.
- Visitors:
Hotel reserves the right to deny access to visitors in guest rooms.
- Alcoholic Drinks:
Bringing personal liquor / alcoholic drinks and or consumption is strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises as per hotel policy & directions of Department of Excise – Uttar Pradesh.

No outside food, beverages & liquors are allowed in hotel premises.
- Dogs & Pets:
Pets are not allowed in hotel.
- Managements Right:
The management reserves the right to admission for any guest and their belongings. Such admissions can be suspended/taken back at any time.
- Security, Health & Facilities:
We try to take maximum care of our guests but do not guarantee or responsible for Security, Health & failure of any facilities/ infrastructure related directly or indirectly to the hotel and its guests in situations beyond our control. Compensation / refunds in such situation is on sole discretion of the management.
- Allergies:
Guest sensitive to any food ingredients etc must inform front desk on arrivals.
- Property Usage:
Facilities of the hotels should be for the purpose it is meant & the decorum should be maintained.
- Damage to Property:
Damage to property may be charged to guests.
- Privacy Policy:
We highly value your trust in choosing us for your hotel reservation. Therefore, we will duly and diligently safeguard and protect the privacy and confidentiality of your personal details which can be accessed by authorized government bodies.
- Amendment of Rules:
The Management reserves the right to add amend any of the above at any time it deems fit.
- Government Rules and Regulations:
The conditions are governed by the laws in force in India and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow – India.
Government regulations applicable from time to time, including various Government Protocols are binding on the guest.
